Powered by Talent will bring together over 300 high calibre business leaders and stakeholders from a wide cross section of industries to take part in interactive discussions and learn from industry thought leaders. Attendees will benefit from significant tangible outputs; gaining practical solutions and best practice recommendations from recognised experts involved in talent management globally.
Thursday 14 June
Powered by Talent will have four main outputs:
Belfast, and the wider region, is experiencing a sustained period of inward and indigenous investment due largely to the strong pool of talent created by our high performing schools and universities. Historically, the region has not been able to provide the level of opportunity needed to satisfy the demand of the local workforce.
However, at present many businesses seek to grow staff numbers in order to facilitate expansion and diversification. Never has there been a more relevant time to consider the challenges of attracting, developing and retaining a business’s primary asset, its people.
By delivering this summit, Abacus want to lead the narrative about how to make Belfast and Northern Ireland a truly great place to work in a global context.
Abacus is a Belfast based consultancy business focused upon local and global recruitment, talent management and the provision of business service outsourcing. Owned and operated by local businessmen, Justin Rush and Alan Braithwaite. Abacus is a multi-award winning, quality driven and recognised recruitment leader in the market it operates within.
The Powered by Talent Summit will target senior executives and leadership teams from the local SME base and international foreign direct investment (FDI) multinationals based in Northern Ireland. We are anticipating 300+ attendees.
